My passion…and goal is to guide travellers on their expedition through Niagara Region, exploring the hidden gems and showcasing the elements of Niagara Peninsula; Niagara-on-the-Lake, Niagara Falls and Niagara Benchlands. Niagara boasts over #100 VQA wineries to choose from, not forgetting Ontario craft distilleries and the ‘Niagara Ale Trail’; a combination of 20+ breweries and growing.
Customer service is of great significance to me, hence, I stride to provide exceptional guest experience throughout my clients’ journey and with each tour group I learn how to improve my services.

A little about me…my doors to Canada opened in 1982, emigrating from England and arriving in Calgary, Alberta as a nanny. I was welcomed by a wonderful loving Canadian family who gave me a life changing opportunity to experience and root in Canada, we remain in touch still today!

What I offer my clients… I deliver a fully customized and tailored experience. I engage with my clients before setting out their itinerary by simply listening and asking the right questions, this enables me to plan their touring excursion. My tours offer a personal touch; I tailor a clients’ itinerary with their personal requests, together with my recommendations. Alternative venue options are wide open, allowing clients to choose their preferred venue/s, as well, exploring pleasure and leisure activities.
