The person booking is responsible for agreeing and signing on behalf of ALL passengers participating on the tour.

Regardless of the tour that you select or number of passengers, your booking is your PRIVATE tour set out for you and your guests.

Next step, once you have chatted with Amanda and secured your tour date with the Booking fee, Glass O’ Wine Tours will then create a detailed draft itinerary for your review.  Venue reservations are not made until you approve.

Refund Eligibility:

• Weekend tours (Fri–Sun): Cancel at least 14 days prior for a refund.

• Weekday tours (Mon–Thu): Cancel at least 7 days prior for a refund.

• Late cancellations: No refunds for any reason within 7 days of the event.

• Fees: Processing fees are deducted from all approved refunds

Invoices are sent via Square POS system for the tour balance. Full payment is required 14-days for weekend bookings and 7-days for week-day bookings
